Thylander Group is a family owned undertaking founded by Lars Thylander in 1986.
The Group operates real estate investments in Denmark and Germany focusing on a solid, steady and increasing cash flow. Investments are mainly done through partnerships in which Thylander Group is equity partner with institutional investors and/or high net-worth individuals. As capital partners we maintain the responsibility for transactions and all operational activities.
Over the past 25 years we have arranged and participated in countless real estate investments, and neither our partners nor we have ever realized a loss on any of these investments.
